Return / Cancellation PolicyReturns If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased through informosolutions.com, you have the possibility to return the purchased item. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be sent in the original package, in the same condition it was received. To return a product, contact us by email at informo.solutions@gmail.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Defective or damaged products will be exchanged with the same products at no additional cost, as long as our customer service department is informed within 24 hours of delivery.
